Canada Goose
There are eleven recognized sub-species of the Canada goose. Typically they are smaller as you go north and darker as you go west.
While some flocks of Canada geese stay in one area year-round, most migrate south in the fall and north in the spring. Some migrate as far as 4,000 miles.
