Bearded Dragon
Bearded Dragon
The large stomach of the bearded dragon allows it to eat a huge meal when food is available. When food is scarce it lives off stored fat.
Australia strictly prohibits the export of any native wildlife. Most beardies in the US are descendants of animals smuggled into the country in the 1980's.
