Louisiana Travel Association Honors Phil Frost as Louey Award Winner

Alexandria, La. (Feb. 25, 2022) – The Louisiana Travel Association (LTA) introduced Phil Frost as the winner of the Will Mangham Tourism Lifetime Achievement during its Annual Meeting earlier this month in Alexandria. Frost served as the Director of BREC’s Baton Rouge Zoo for 24 years and retired on February 4, 2022.
This year, LTA presented 21 “Louey Awards” to honor and showcase individuals and organizations who have made outstanding contributions to the Louisiana tourism industry.
