Guest Services Assistant Manager
The Guest Services Assistant Manager oversees the daily duties of all food and beverage associates. This includes staffing, training, selection of product, purchasing, merchandising, inventory and warehousing as well as reporting and banking. The Guest Services Assistant Manager will maintain all of the daily operations of all food and beverage locations, indoors and outdoors on Zoo grounds as well as caterings.
