Partner with the Zoo
Corporate Programs and Sponsorships are a great way to build brand loyalty, visibility and goodwill. We believe in long relationships with our partners, and we're proud to offer opportunities to reach your target demographics in a fun, friendly environment.
Zippity Zoo Fest
Zippity Zoo Fest is the Zoo's annual spring festival. Celebrate the Zoo's birthday with a children's village, education stations, a photo booth and more. Traditionally held around the first weekend of April.
Zoo Zoom 5k
Join Club South Runners at BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo for our annual Zoo Zoom 5K and Kids' ½ Mile Fun Run. Whether you sprint like a cheetah or crawl like a tortoise, this race is for you! A portion of each registration directly supports the Zoo's conservation programs for threatened and endangered cheetahs. Traditionally held at the end of August.
Boo at the Zoo
The Zoo invites you to join us for Boo at the Zoo, a merry-not-scary trick-or-treating extravaganza. Children can visit treat stations throughout the Zoo, strike a pose in our photo booth and wander through the Hay Maze. Traditionally held the last two weekends in October.
Dreamnight at the Zoo
More than 100 zoos world-wide host Dreamnight for children with cancer and their families. The Baton Rouge Zoo is the first zoo in Louisiana to host this special event. This by-invitation-only evening event is held in June.
See an elephant, penguin and rhino...in lights! With thousands of lights, animated sculptures, and refreshments, this event is fun for the entire family and sure to become a holiday tradition. ZooLights begins the Friday after Thanksgiving and ends on December 30.
Cell PHone Tour
Enhance the visitor's experience with a personalized tour. Various cell phone stations will be set up throughout the Zoo, each with a customized message about that particular animal exhibit. This opportunity is an annual sponsorship.
Have you ever wondered what the Zoo is like at night? Safari Night programs are great for Scout and Youth groups and offer insight into the night-life of the Zoo. Bring your sleeping bag, lots of curiosity and discover the Zoo at night! Safari Nights are held every Friday and Saturday night, year-round.
