The Baton Rouge Zoo is THE destination for your next field trip. All groups must make a reservation to visit the Zoo

Ed-ZOO-cation Programs
Through hands-on encounters with animals, animal biofacts, and interactive programming, your students will benefit from our structured programs designed to support your science curriculum. 

Safari Night
Are you looking for a real adventure for your class, scout group, or church group?  How about an overnight at the Zoo? Safari Night is a great opportunity to explore topics such as adaptations, classification, art and general biology.

ZooMobileBREC's Baton Rouge Zoo can come to you! Through hands-on encounters with animals and biofacts your students will benefit from a visit from the Zoomobile.  The same programs offered on Zoo grounds can come to you.

ZOOEDITIONGet information on Zoo animals, programs, specials and more by signing up today for ZooEdition for Educators! Published monthly, beginning May 1, 2014, ZooEdition will give you access to everything you need to know to effectively connect your students with the the Baton Rouge Zoo.
