Victoria Crowned Pigeon
The Victoria crowned pigeon is the largest living species of pigeon. They are hunted for their meat and feathers. These birds mate for life and both parents care for the young. Pigeons feed their young with a secretion known as "crop milk." Both males and females produce the secretion.
