Sumatran Tiger

Tigers typically live and hunt alone. On average a tiger must kill once every eight days. A female with growing cubs may kill every five to six days.

The Sumatran is the smallest subspecies of tiger. There are fewer than 500 of these beautiful cats left in the wild.
